Burn Permits
|
Burn permits issued by the CTUIR will be required to perform "open burning" on the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
The Reservation boundary is shown in orange in the figure below:

The CTUIR encourages residences, farmers and businesses to consider and explore
methods to reduce, reuse and recycle materials in place of burning. Check with the CTUIR's Tribal Environmental
Recycling Facility (phone 276-4040) for ideas on alternatives and available resource materials.
